About Me

If you believe organisations grow when people grow, we will probably have a good conversation. My name is César Fandiño, and my work focuses on People & Culture, Talent Development and HR strategy, helping organisations create environments where people can perform, grow and contribute to meaningful impact. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of people strategy, organisational development and business transformation. I have supported organisations in strengthening leadership, improving performance cultures and building the capabilities they need to adapt to an increasingly complex and changing environment. My experience combines both strategic and hands-on HR work. I have partnered with dozens of organisations across different industries, supporting leaders and teams in areas such as talent development, leadership, recruitment, organisational culture and people strategy. Over the years, I have conducted hundreds of interviews, supported the attraction and selection of talent, and contributed to building stronger and more aligned teams. I have also helped organisations design and build HR structures from the ground up, developing people processes such as onboarding, talent development frameworks, learning initiatives and performance practices that enable organisations to grow in a structured and sustainable way. In international environments, I have contributed to the design of global development initiatives impacting organisations of more than 1500 employees, strengthening leadership capabilities, supporting people managers and helping organisations better understand and mobilise the skills and potential of their people. Alongside this work, I have also been involved in sustainability and ESG-related initiatives, collaborating with large multinational organisations on projects that connect people, organisational culture and sustainable impact. Beyond my professional role, I serve as President of a non-profit organisation, where I continue working on initiatives that bring people together and create positive impact in the community. What motivates me most is seeing people grow, leaders evolve and organisations become better places to work. If you are interested in People & Culture, HR strategy, Talent, Leadership Development or the Future of Work, feel free to connect.
