Vice President Human Resources | Jackson Healthcare, USA, EMEA | 08/2021 – 10/2025 Privately held $2.5B business operations, healthcare staffing and technology - enabled services organization • Oversight - Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and integration of best practices. • Serve as an Executive HR partner to the Presidents and executive leadership, translating business goals into scalable people strategies enterprise wide and across five business units (3,000 employees, 10,000 clinicians). • Co - led enterprise-wide transformation projects: deployed a new shared services delivery model encompassing Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, and IT. • Directed implementation of Workday HCM, Cornerstone LMS, iCIMS ATS conversion and Qooper, enhancing HR systems, digital learning, and workforce analytics. • Directed the rollout of updated HR policies, procedures, compliance guidelines, handbooks, and compensation and benefits standards; launched an intranet site to centralize employee access to all resources. • Led the full HR transition of FaithBridge Foster Care into a standalone nonprofit organization: offboarding, compliance setup, and implementation of ADP HCM and payroll systems. Hired & onboarded new HR Director. • Revamped and standardized programs in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Career Pathing, and Succession Planning. • Launched a DEI-B strategy that contributed to measurable gains in employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. • Directed workforce planning & realignment of Sales, Customer Care, Product & Technology teams; co-designed and launched an internal travel agency for Locums staffing business unit.
