Achievements: • I led the strategy implementation of talent acquisition of massive and corporate talent, set the standardize process through all the geographies across Mexico, ensuring a fulfilling coverage index of less than 30 days getting 25% of attrition in 2023 • I managed the HRBPs team to ensure the implementation of human resources management processes covering more than 160 work centers nationwide, ensuring a work environment index greater than 80% in Great Place to Work survey, and additional getting more than 4.5 • I coordinated the initiatives to maintain a safe and healthy company with more than 30 protocols getting 0 labor risks • I manage the labor processes to have 90% of the resolutions of labor conflicts without reaching government instances
