Strategic People Partner | HRBP | Organizational Change, Talent Strategy & Employee Experience

About Me

I’m a strategic HR Business Partner and People leader with experience supporting leaders through organizational change, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent strategy, and employee experience work. I’ve partnered with senior leaders across technology, financial services, data/analytics, sales, marketing, operations, and global teams to solve people challenges in a practical, thoughtful way. My work tends to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: helping leaders clarify what their teams need, improve manager effectiveness, navigate sensitive employee matters, strengthen performance and talent processes, and build HR practices that actually work in real life. I’m especially strong in ambiguous environments where the answer is not already built, the people issues are complex, and leaders need a steady partner who can bring structure without overcomplicating everything. I care about building workplaces where expectations are clear, managers are better equipped, employees are treated fairly, and people decisions are grounded in both business reality and human impact.
