• Championed a Global Digital Transformation HUB involving 500+ team members across 5 global centers (Poland, Portugal, India, Philippines, Russia) to deliver Innovative Software, Data/AI, IoT, and RPA solutions. • Architected a new company service portfolio spanning Consulting, AI, and Data solutions, supported by digital tools and end-to-end KPIs. • Built the R&D and Applications Services department from 0 to 370 engineers within 4 years, managing a 20M EUR annual budget and winning the "Fujitsu President Award" for the most outstanding department. • Reduced software release time from 6 months to 2 weeks by introducing Agile methodologies and a global community of "Agile Champions" across Global Delivery units.
• Expanded the R&D department from 8 to 40 engineers in 12 months while delivering a modern GIS maps rendering engine for fleet management.
• Established the Polish R&D Centre and grew it to 40 engineers, focusing on universal EGIS platforms and international spatial data infrastructure (SDI) standards. • Creating modern products like GeoIntegrator (Enterprise GIS platform), SDIPortal, SDIPro (Spatial Data Infrastructure). They were instrumental in substantially improving both our contract win rate and final project margins. • Delivered multiple projects, one of them with more than a 45% margin on the CENSUS Nigeria project by designing a GIS-based demographic data analysis solution funded by the European Commission.
