Responsible for the biggest Refreshment IC brands (Twister, Solero) European strategy and innovation plan (portfolio value: > €250m RSV). • Led the creation and delivery of the 12Q innovation roadmap, portfolio management, communication and P&L • Drove €30m incremental revenue for Twister, achieving +19% CAGR in volume L3Y • Delivered a full marketing plan with 6 NPDs, core reformulation, NRM activities, design restage and brand launches in whitespace markets & channels.
