I am an economist and senior digital strategy consultant with over 25 years of experience driving transformation across technology, business, and innovation. Throughout my career, I have led projects for IBEX 35 companies in Spain, major public institutions, and international ventures in the United States, South America, and Europe.

I am the founder and CEO of Novatierra Network, a Spanish consultancy pioneering virtual worlds, 3D Web, and immersive corporate solutions. Earlier in my career, I held executive roles at Indra, Xfera Móviles (Yoigo), Netjuice Consulting, and CommerceNet, where I managed offerings, digital products, and user experience strategies.
Currently, I serve as Head of User Experience and Service Design at Inetum, a European IT multinational. I oversee the design team, methodologies, and key client projects in the Digital Channels business unit, helping enterprises drive digital transformation through AI, CDP, CMS, DXP, mobile apps, XR and social platforms.
In parallel, I act as Chief Visionary Officer at Paradise a La Carte, an innovative luxury lifestyle concierge redefining the travel-tech sector with AI-powered assistants, immersive content, and new business models based on memberships, tokenization of experiences, and digital goods. My role focuses on envisioning future opportunities, building alliances, and developing strategies that foster growth and innovation.
I have been directly involved in defining and executing business models for numerous startups, including Netjuice, Golfspain, Kelkoo (Dondecomprar), Cinemavip, Xfera (now Yoigo), and Paradise a La Carte. My executive background also includes leadership roles in large corporates such as Inetum and Indra, where I directed digital transformation initiatives, UX and service design teams, and IT solutions offerings.
Beyond consulting, I am a regular speaker, lecturer, and author. I co-authored “101 IT Insights for Executives” (Prentice Hall, Spanish edition), publish the LinkedIn newsletter “Camino al Metaverso”, and frequently present at international conferences on digital innovation, strategy, and emerging technologies.
My current focus is to partner with startups and scaleups worldwide as a Fractional Chief Digital Officer or Chief Strategy Officer-as-a-Service, helping them anticipate change, accelerate growth, and optimize their value propositions in today’s AI-driven business landscape.
