Key results: +10% NPS rating Y/Y quality improvement programs and client partnering; +5% revenue and PTI results Y/Y exceeding operation efficiency targets (average 10% Y/Y) due to deep financial posture.
• Jan 2020 – June 2021: CTO - Delivery Leader BP2I France (BNPPARIBAS Group) assigned in Paris, managing IT delivery organization (Mainframe, Network, Product and Dev, DC & End Users, Data, Storage, Cloud, IT Infrastructure - around 600 internal FTEs, plus hundreds of vendors). Key results: +15% NPS Y/Y Customer Satisfaction restoration and 45% Major Incidents reduction (-30% P1 Y/Y) implementing new agile and delivery excellence programs. Acquired +20% Y/Y on process efficiency KPIs successful releasing strategic Cloud Transformation Program @BNPP Group level.
• July 2016 – Dec 2019: Delivery Executive IBM Italy, in Milan managing IBM Italy Service Delivery Business Unit for IBM Italy accounts (1 billion revenue and 800 M cost), leader of complex multicultural organization with more than 1800 HCs in domestic, near/offshore locations (Europe, India and Latin America). Responsible for new business and P&L. Key results: improved Y/Y service quality and CSat results (from 2016 to 2019 top IBM performer @Europe Level), great compliance results (100% SAT audit posture), achieved financial KPIs (+15% Y/Y base growth additional sales). Key innovation projects adoption: “Watson AI” and Automation Programs.
• 2014 - July 2016: IBM Senior Global Delivery Executive for FCA CNHi – in Turin, leading Global Integrated Account (Fiat Chrysler Automobile - CNHi, IBM WW top 100 accounts) as Global DPE, managing @WW level Global contract with 160 M€ yearly revenue (US, Europe and Asia). Key results: successful released major Transformation Program (new delivery offshore operational model from Europe to India), reduced major incidents (-20% MI and P1 Y/Y), with 5% Y/Y additional growth.
