As a Partner Executive Coach at HQ Impact​,​ I use my expertise in sustainability​,​ systems ecology​,​ and computer science to support executives and teams in developing and implementing innovative and effective solutions for the complex challenges of our times. As an Associate Faculty at The Bucharest University of Economics and a certified ICF Coach​,​ I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights with students​,​ professionals​,​ and entrepreneurs who want to learn more about sustainability and how to apply it in their fields and industries. Through coaching and mentoring​,​ I inspire and empower them to discover and leverage their strengths​,​ values​,​ and goals​,​ and to create bridges between people and communities.
