About Me

International retail and digital executive with more than two decades of experience leading transformation at scale. My career spans building digital businesses where none existed before — from the first e-commerce revenues at Gloria Jeans to a $100M+ channel within two years, from launching D2C at Philip Morris in a regulated market to helping scale Decathlon’s marketplaces into a €500M business. At Decathlon HQ I drove €20M in savings and helped shift the company from a product-centric model to an ecosystem of products and services. Boards and CEOs rely on me when they need clarity and execution. I bring structure to complexity, frame decisions, and create alignment across diverse teams. I move comfortably between boardroom strategy and operational detail, ensuring decisions translate into measurable outcomes. Over the years I have led transformation across 20+ markets in Europe and Asia — contexts where ambitions run high, cultures differ, and alignment is critical. A distinctive part of my work is the 4P Framework I developed: — Purpose — the big “why” behind the challenge. — Product — what we aim to build and how success is defined. — Process — how to get there with the right roadmap and resources. — People — who will make it real and how they work together. I use this framework with leadership teams to connect vision with execution. I also apply Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) to strengthen collaboration in large, multicultural environments. Known for navigating high-stakes negotiations with regulators, partners and internal stakeholders, I help resolve conflicts and unlock paths others consider closed. My clients have highlighted the impact of this approach in bringing focus, structure and measurable results. I complement practice with executive education at Harvard and Berkeley Haas and am currently enrolled in the INSEAD Global Executive MBA. My focus is always on translating new ideas into tools leaders can use immediately. Today I serve as a member of the Virtual Advisory Board, supporting founders and executives on governance, strategy and transformation in my independent advisory work. I believe effective leadership is built on clarity, trust and accountability. Outside of work, running, photography and travel keep me curious, resilient and connected to different perspectives.
