• Modelled and analysed the economic feasibility of utilising existing technologies and quantified the impact of novel process innovations on performance and scalability. • Led engineering design for pilot - scale systems, ensuring technical and operational feasibility. • Managed a cross - functional engineering team to execute R&D and process development.
• Led concept development and feasibility studies for a climate technology venture, including designing an experimental campaign we have run with MPI UK. • Analysed steel, cement, concrete, and carbon capture sectors, identifying strategic opportunities and technical requirements for scalability. ◦ Built relationships with industry stakeholders to align the concept with market needs and funding structures, utilising TEA and scaling strategy to guide development. • Designed TEA and LCA frameworks for early - stage startups, helping clients identify risks, optimise process concepts, and refine business strategies. ◦ Advised on scaling strategies and product - market fit for new technologies, ensuring alignment with funding and commercialisation paths in concept development stages.
• Designed, built, operated, and developed two continuous processes based on CSTRs in series for neutralization and crystallization, scaling each process from 1 L to 10 L and implementing process control. • Conducted experiments on the processes, significantly improving lab practices through experimental design, data analysis, and automating data collection.
• Achieved annual cost savings of ~$300 , 000 through improved process reliability. • Managed projects integrating new equipment into packing lines, coordinating the requirement specifications, design, manufacturing, safety management, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, documentation and training.
