From Fragmented Reporting to Governed Data Products: Led the transition from 200 plus fragmented, manually maintained reports into 35 governed, reusable analytics products, each with clear ownership and quality standards, enabling consistent self service analytics across Finance, Commercial, and Operations. AI Assisted Analytics: Built an AI powered analytics capability using Snowflake Cortex, replacing more than 30 static reports with conversational, governed insight for executive leadership, reducing reliance on manual reporting and increasing the speed at which leaders could get trusted answers. Governance and Cross Functional Delivery Data Governance and Quality: Established data governance, quality, and stewardship practices across more than 200 data stewards using Collibra and Informatica EDC, balancing strong data quality standards with the speed business teams needed to make decisions. Partnership with IT and Engineering: Worked closely with IT, data engineering, and architecture teams to make sure data infrastructure and platform decisions, including the migration to Snowflake and AWS, supported the analytical needs of the business rather than constraining them.

Built and led data engineering and analytics capability for Barclays Bank, establishing the function from scratch and growing the offshore delivery team from zero to more than 50 professionals supporting Barclays' global functions. Designed and delivered the data warehousing and reporting capability that underpinned major global migration programmes, including market entries and system migrations for Indonesia and Kenya. Also delivered data modeling and business analysis for KPN, the Dutch telecommunications operator, including development of the communication logical data model used to support KPN's business and reporting requirements. Progressed from individual contributor to senior technical lead, managing client delivery and overseeing data integration, modeling, and reporting workstreams across both engagements.
