Scaling & M&A: Led the financial and legal integration of international entities post-acquisition, transforming the finance function into a high-performing, scalable organization. Operational Integration: Led the structural improvement and integration of Portuguese entities and the international division across 6 countries (UK, Mexico, Chile, Portugal, Luxembourg, Spain). Strategic Partnership: Partnered with the Executive Team and Board to align financial strategy with business priorities during rapid international expansion.

Strategic Integration: Led the processes integration of Spanish and Portuguese entities into the new OU Iberia, designing unified financial workflows to generate operational synergies and drive regional scalability. Supply Chain & Contract Excellence: Redesigned end-to-end operational workflows, procurement standards, and risk controls to govern massive multi-million-euro supplier frameworks, vendor SLAs, and a 2,000+ vehicle fleet operation, preventing margin leakage. Digital Transformation: Led large-scale transversal projects to modernize the Back-Office and provide high-efficiency support to the field areas.

Business Turnaround: Established the structural base for market expansion, implementing new working teams, procedures, and ERP systems from scratch. CFO: Full responsibility for Accounting, Taxes, Treasury, and Reporting (IFRS & PGC)

Second Brand Development: Orchestrated the launch and consolidation of a new brand, developing the business plan and implementing Exact as the core scalable technology. Global Process Design (Project DAPROH): Selected as a Key Functional Member for the worldwide development of the Elevation Service business based on SAP, defining global standards for the multinational aligned with global rollout strategies

Large-Scale Project Management: Financial and economic management of the Dubai Airport Project (€200M). Reporting & Governance: Responsible for reporting to the Board under IFRS and US GAAP. Managed the fleet (2.000 vehicles) and corporate insurances

International Strategy: Managed financial operations for 3 European subsidiaries, leading SAP deployment and cross-border process harmonization.

Foundations: Spearheaded the first SAP implementation, established the corporate IT and Finance departments from scratch, and designed end-to-end financial workflows
