Originally from Yakima, Washington, Andrew graduated from Washington State University, with two Bachelor’s degrees. He also attended the Professional Development Center at Portland State University, completing the Human Resources Management certificate program. He maintains the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) status from the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
