Bruce Studios is a Nordic fitness-tech company offering one flexible membership with access to 1000+ gyms, studios, and wellness providers across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. As COO, I was part of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. I oversaw HR, Legal and Support, and managed Finance until spring 2025, ensuring cross-functional alignment across all markets. Key Achievements - Scaled operations while supporting revenue growth of +43% YoY (2022–2024). - Maintained a consistently high employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) by strengthening people processes and culture. - Appointed Managing Director of subsidiaries in Denmark and Norway, with full legal authority for contracts, insurances and regulatory matters. - Led the operational integration of a competitor acquisition, coordinating transition plans and stakeholder alignment. - Supported the launch of Bruce Studios Denmark, setting up operational and legal foundations, contributing to market leadership within 18 months. - Owned the full performance management cycle and ensured strategy-to-execution alignment across teams. - Drove the introduction of company-wide KPIs (Subscribers, ARPU, eNPS, Customer Satisfaction) together with the leadership team, to strengthen transparency and focus. - Established new structures and processes across HR, Finance and Support to enable growth across three markets.

I was responsible for the Stockholm studio’s operations while it grew from 15 to 45 employees, overseeing Finance, HR, IT, Office, and Procurement, and ensuring alignment with global operations in a multicultural environment. Key Achievements - Established planning, budgeting, and forecasting routines, improving financial transparency and organizational control. - Developed HR frameworks and ways of working, including employee handbook, onboarding, and training staff in studio processes. - Adapted global operations and finance processes to local needs, making them accessible and easy to apply in daily work. - Partnered with Directors to staff projects with the right mix of designers, boosting team motivation and improving client delivery outcomes.
