About Me

As the sole People Lead during Kriya’s acquisition by Allica Bank, I managed the end-to-end HR due diligence process while partnering with leadership to align people strategy with new corporate objectives. Serving as the primary HR point of contact, I specialized in cultivating a high-impact, "people-first" culture by redesigning global onboarding/offboarding programs and curating company events that drove engagement.
