At Affirm (and previously Returnly, acquired by Affirm), I led and scaled cross-functional analytics teams supporting Product, Marketing, and Business Operations across multiple markets. I owned analytics for the Canadian business and led data strategy for Affirm’s UK launch — defining KPIs, building foundational reporting frameworks, and shaping performance measurement from pre-launch to post-market scale. I drove the development of experimentation and measurement frameworks, including the rollout of Returnly’s first A/B testing platform and analytics automation initiatives that cut manual effort by 90%. Partnering with Product and Engineering, I helped design robust data capture and governance processes that enabled scalable, trusted insights and measurable revenue impact. Beyond analytics delivery, I focused on fostering alignment between technical and commercial teams — translating data into strategic recommendations, enabling new market expansion, and embedding a data-driven mindset across the organization.
At Pinterest, I led global product operations for Tag and Shopping, managing a team of seven technical specialists across the US and Ireland, as well as a vendor organization of 40 agents supporting seven EMEA markets. I built scalable processes and performance frameworks to enhance operational quality, driving SLA improvements from 50% to 90% within four months. Partnering closely with Sales and Product, I used data-driven insights and strategic reporting to improve vendor adoption across more than 60% of the sales portfolio. Beyond my operational remit, I played an active role in leadership and culture initiatives, founding Women@ Ireland and EMEA to strengthen representation and engagement across the region.
At PayPal, I focused on global risk strategy and analytics, identifying opportunities to leverage data science and machine learning to reduce fraud while maintaining customer experience. I worked with cross-regional teams to design and monitor predictive risk models, quantify impact through data-driven business cases, and align stakeholders around global implementation. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, regulatory context, and the balance between innovation, compliance, and customer trust.
