Senior commercial leadership for independent hotels, resorts, hotel groups and hospitality investors that require experienced strategic support without appointing a full-time Commercial Director. Through a flexible monthly retainer, I support commercial strategy, revenue performance, budgeting and forecasting, market positioning, distribution, tour-operator contracting and stakeholder alignment. I work closely with owners, General Managers, finance teams and commercial departments to identify performance gaps, establish clear priorities and convert strategy into measurable actions. Each engagement is tailored to the property’s objectives and may include regular performance reviews, commercial planning, contract evaluation, owner reporting, team guidance and support with critical commercial decisions. Best suited to hotels undergoing growth, repositioning, opening, brand transition or commercial performance improvement. US$4,500 per month for up to 25 hours of fractional commercial leadership and strategic hospitality advisory. The package includes weekly management calls, commercial performance reviews, distribution and contracting guidance, budgeting and forecasting support, owner reporting and ongoing decision support. Additional hours are billed at US$175 per hour. A minimum three-month engagement is recommended.
