With 12+ years of HR leadership experience, I've built and led HR functions, supported organizations through rapid growth and acquisition, and managed People operations across 20+ countries. My approach is hands-on: I help identify what needs to change, develop the strategy, and work alongside leadership to implement it. This package is designed for organizations that need ongoing senior HR guidance and hands-on support without a full-time HR executive. Engagements typically include up to 20 hours of support per month, with priorities and deliverables agreed at the start of the engagement.
