Responsible for coordinating and monitoring pharmaceutical clients’ initiatives and needs related to tech transfer and PLM Contribute to a client’s tech transfer project by supporting the migration of data and processes from existing production sites to new manufacturing facilities Ensure operational follow-up of client accounts: proactively identified their needs, coordinated support actions, gathered field feedback, and proposed improvements aligned with their business challenges Acte as an intermediate between clients and R&D teams: escalated client use cases to the support team to develop solutions or quickly resolve issues affecting the customer experience
