Hello, I'm Lee.

I have been at the forefront of driving business change using data and technology throughout my career from launching the digital broadcasting revolution at the BBC to developing the world’s first real-time payment scheme while in the UK to creating commercial data products for our customers at UBS. I have held a broad range of leadership roles in technology​,​ operations and business across media​,​ technology and banking sectors which gives me a unique perspective on how to create business solutions that help drive business growth. I have held key leadership roles at the BBC​,​ Halifax Bank of Scotland Group​,​ IBM​,​ JP Morgan and UBS; and sat on the boards of Fintech and media companies. I have also led industry groups in the UK​,​ chaired the Bank of England's strategic transformation board and received a number of industry awards including: Global Finance Magazine’s Top Innovator​,​ Tech-Exec Magazine’s Data Leader of the Year and DataIQ’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Today I am an external Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company in the digital and analytics practice​,​ the Chair OpenUK's Finance Advisory Board and Deputy Chair of Nottingham University Business School graduate programmes advisory board.
