Having worked on M&A teams and negotiated multiple large technology vendor contracts, I can provide an external, second opinion on the technological capabilities and potential issues to consider with your merger parter, potential acquisition or a new technology provider. I have worked on merger integration at HBOS and JP Morgan, been on the M&A team looking at new acquisitions at HBOS and IBM, insourced large technology outsourcing deals at HBOS, and managed large agreements technology providers at JP Morgan and UBS. I am presently independently providing technology due diligence to a financial services organisation who is looking at potential acquisition targets in new markets for them.
