With over 25 years of executive-level experience in legal, corporate, financial and restructuring advisory roles—both in Mexico and internationally— Pablo has developed a broad practice representing domestic and international companies and clients on restructuring and insolvency procedures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity issuance, capital markets, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as real estate, shareholders’ disputes and gaming issues. Pablo holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law, graduated with honors from Universidad Panamericana, and he is a licensed attorney in Mexico. His academic foundation is further complemented by some executive programs in strategic planning and business and administration. This training has enabled him to integrate legal and financial strategies with broader business objectives effectively. Throughout Pablo´s career, he has successfully led teams through complex corporate restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, satellite programs launches, and cross-border financial transactions. Pablo has overseen the structuring and issuance of more than USD $10 billion in public and private debt across Mexico, the U.S., and Chile—part of total transactions exceeding USD $15 billion. In the compliance arena, he also has spearheaded the design and implementation of anti-corruption and anti-money laundering programs, including model contract clauses and organization-wide training initiatives. These programs have ensured not only regulatory compliance but have also promoted an enduring culture of ethics and accountability.
