Ensuring compliance with emerging sustainability regulations and developing risk mitigation strategies related to climate change and social impact. Fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization through training, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Identifying and evaluating opportunities for sustainable innovation in products, services, and business models. Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all aspects of ESG strategy, corporate responsibility, and long-term value creation.
