With over 23 years of experience leading sustainable finance and banking transformation across the MENA region​,​ I have supported organizations and governments in climate finance​,​ ESG​,​ and sustainable business solutions. Key highlights include designing and launching the Africa Carbon Market Initiative at COP27​,​ leading private sector engagement for the COP28 UAE Presidency—including the SME Climate Hub and Net-Zero Transition Charter—and originating landmark deals at HSBC MENAT​,​ such as the first global Green Hydrogen transaction. My advisory​,​ lecturing​,​ and public speaking work spans global institutions​,​ and I maintain a strong network across the MENA region. I have recently joined SKEMA business school as an adjunct faculty conducting Sustainable Finance short programs to Banking professionals in the UAE under SKEMA MSc program for Fintech and Sustainable Finance. I have my own Sustainability Consultancy firm registered in Ajman Freezone. I am flexible with travels​,​ and I hold a UAE golden visa​,​ I am an Egyptian national.
