Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise risk management framework to identify and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks. Partners with the board, executive team and operations to advise on risk exposure, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. Defines and provides assurance on risk policies, reporting standards, and internal controls to protect assets and ensure long-term resilience.
