His experience in healthcare spans over three decades, helping organizations to achieve their strategic objectives by enabling people, process, data, and technology. He is a servant-leader who provides clarity in times of ambiguity through collaboration, transparency, and inclusion. Roy received an MBA from Columbia Business School in NY; a MS in Software Engineering from National University in CA; and a BS in Mathematics from Brigham Young University in UT. He is also CISSP certified for cybersecurity, PMP certified for project management, and an TIL Expert for operational efficiency.
