• Prince2 Practitioner with 20+ years of IT and Project Management experience across multiple industries • Proven ability to deliver complex programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Strong client management skills, including direct reporting to CXO-level stakeholders and active participation in steering committees • Extensive governance experience, including oversight of project controls, risk management, and compliance processes • Deep experience managing third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and escalation management • Full ownership of project budgets, P&L, and KPI scorecards • Skilled in cross-functional leadership and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives • Effective at managing distributed teams across time zones, including internal staff, contractors, and system integrators • Strong commercial acumen and hands-on involvement across multiple business functions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to executive and technical audiences • Known for delivering results under pressure and within tight time constraints
