Martyn is an experienced C-suite strategy and transformation executive who partners with high growth engineering, environmental and technology companies to deliver strategic impact and value creation. Martyn was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at the engineering giant Wood Plc, where he led the corporate strategy function and energy transition mega-trend, advising the board and CEO on M&A, growth investments, scenario planning, and organizational design. Martyn has an Executive MBA from Edinburgh University Business School and is the Vice Chair of the Institute of Directors' Tayside and Fife regional branch. He is an active speaker, moderator and MC of energy and climate technology conferences across the UK and Europe.
